In order to better serve you and your pet, a complementary daycare/evaluation is required. It is preferable that this be done on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. This evaluation will give us the opportunity to get tot know your pet and your pet's needs, to evaluate how they interact with others, and to ensure they are comfortable for their next stay.

It is suggested that they spend the entire day with us from 7:30 to 5:00. During that time the Staff will show them the daily routine including playing, walking, cuddling, and eating. It is suggested that you bring a small baggie of food with you if they are on a special diet.

All Pets entering the Inn must be restrained. Dogs must be on a leash. Cats must be in a carrier. Any items left at the Inn must be clearly labeled.

Pets entering the Inn after 3:00 pm must have been fed prior to their arrival.

Pets bringing their own food must have it in individual meal zip-lock baggies, enough for the stay and secured in a sealed and labeled container. (We feed twice daily). Those pets on a special diet will only be given their own food. Please don't forget to include any special treats they may want. And please, no large bags of dog food.

The Inn provides everything needed for the stay. It is not necessary to bring anything unless on a special diet. Bedding, bowls, toys and treats are provided by the Inn.

Medications must be in he original bottle and the instructions clearly stated. Any over the counter medications must be clearly labeled with the name and dosage.

Daycare: No charge for cancellations. We would appreciate a call even if it is the morning of the stay.

Overnight stay: We request at least 24 hours in advance so we can accommodate another guest. No show/No call will require a credit card to hold future reservations.
